The amenities were luxurious and we were indulged in our private facilities. the staff was very accommodating, remembering our specific needs and preferences.

The noise from some of the rooms above was somewhat noticeable, causing a minor disturbance. this was outweighed by the other positive aspects of the hotel.

Staff extremely friendly and helpful, always willing to assist with stroller and high chair. Thanks to the staff, our stay was enjoyable and convenient.

The hotel is located in a very quiet residential neighbourhood, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. It is a short walk to Kensington Gardens and conveniently close to a metro station. The staff at the hotel were incredibly helpful, especially during breakfast. the hotel provided a rubber bathmat upon request, ensuring a safe and comfortable experience in the bathroom.

The ventilation in the bathroom was poor, resulting in a damp smell in our room.

Location is ideal, close to tube stations, Hyde Park, and Oxford Street. Boutique feel, not extravagant but value for money. Nice touches like welcome drink, chocolate on pillow. Helpful staff. Close to Paddington Station. Clean, modern rooms. Great shower. Good breakfast. Would stay again!

I had an amazing experience during my Christmas stay at this hotel. The staff were helpful and friendly, making my stay feel cute and comfortable. The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to public transportation and key attractions in the city. Another advantage that I really enjoyed was the delicious breakfast that was offered. The variety of options and the quality of the food exceeded my expectations.

If I had to find any negative aspects, I would say that the room was a bit small. it was still cozy and clean, so it didn't bother me too much.

We were kinda surprised by the really good service we received during our recent stay. Upon arrival, we were greeted warmly by a friendly staff member who kindly upgraded our room without us even having to ask. The room itself was spacious and well-appointed, with modern amenities and luxurious Elemis toiletries in the bathroom.
